Taste and elegance of Atrium 2

The office building, Atrium 2, located at Pereca 1 in Warsaw, next to the ONZ roundabout will complete the Atrium complex created by Skanska in the business heart of Warsaw. It will be an innovative and comfortable A class office building, designed and constructed according to principles of sustainable development. Atrium 2 offers 20 000 m2 of office space on 15 overground levels and 4 underground floors and parking for 125 cars and over 40 bikes.

Advantages of Atrium 2

Atrium 2 was designed by PRC Architects, where the main focus was placed on simplicity and elegance, while Skanska SA managed the general construction. Skanska Property Poland is responsible for the commercialization of the project. The construction begun in the first quarter of 2014 and the realization is planned for the first quarter of 2016.

Our project is located in the central, well established part of Warsaw on previously landscaped land (minimising its effects on the natural environment and the green areas designated for protection)
The location of the project allows convenient access to public transport (many tram and bus lines and a second metro line) while the bicycle ride to work will be facilitated by provisions of 42 bike parking places and 6 showers located in the common areas.
Building density
Due to the location of the building it utilises the existing infrastructure of the city centre and allows access to a wide range of nearby facilities for its users including restaurants, shops and banks.
In order to minimize the extraction and processing of raw materials, products with a content of recycled materials are used in construction process.
